Motorcycling Enterprises’ Safe Rider is in its 16th year of excellence providing motorcycle rider training. MESR, Inc is owned and operated by Mary Donovan-Popa and Warren Popa. Mary has logged about a million motorcycle miles and has been teaching rider education for 23 years. Warren has been riding over 40 years and has been teaching for 13 years.

The other RiderCoaches at MESR are personally selected for their excellence in teaching, coaching and their heart-felt concern for assisting people to reach their goals of learning to ride skillfully and safely.

MESR has earned a reputation for helping students to feel more relaxed and to actually have fun during the learning process.

MESR Promises More Riding Time than Any other school public or private.

MESR Furnishes motorcycles, Scooters, Dirt Bikes, or you can ride your own.

MESR Provides Your License Waiver when you successfully complete the Beginning Rider Class or the Beginning SideCar/Trike class.

MESR Offers: Beginning Rider Classes ( BRC ); Experienced Rider Classes (ERC); SideCar and Trike Classes, both beginning and experienced; DirtBike Classes; Basic Motorcycle Maintenance Seminars.

MESR is Certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Evergreen Safety Council, and Accident Scene Management, Inc.

All rider courses are approved by WIDOT and M.S.F. or Evergreen Safety Council. Motorcycling Enterprises' Safe Rider is a non-profit corporation and receives no funding from the State. Donations of equipment to Motorcycling Enterprises Safe Rider, Inc. are tax deductible.
